Au-delà du conflit générationnel : la conciliation des approches matérialistes et queer dans le militantisme féministe de Göttingen

Abstract
À partir d’une analyse du militantisme de deux générations distinctes de féministes à Göttingen, ville universitaire allemande, cet article montre que le clivage politico-théorique entre le féminisme matérialiste et le queer n’est pas réductible à un conflit générationnel. Si l’auteure constate que le moment où les féministes ont commencé à s’engager façonne leur vision du monde, elle souligne aussi l’importance des échanges et des transmissions transgénérationnels. L’expérience partagée sur le terrain militant des années 2000 amène les féministes plus âgées, marquées par une approche matérialiste de la société, à intégrer des éléments queer dans leur militantisme, tandis que les jeunes féministes, qui se disent queer , continuent de défendre des principes matérialistes et de pratiquer la non-mixité. En s’intéressant à la pratique militante, l’article interroge ainsi l’évidence théorique du clivage entre féminismes matérialiste et queer .
