Abstract
Le geste technique minier à partir des fonds des Charbonnages de France conservés aux Archives nationales du monde du travail.Les Archives nationales du monde du travail à Roubaix conservent environ 5 kilomètres d’archives minières en provenance des anciennes compagnies des mines et des Charbonnages de France. Ces fonds représentent une source importante sur le geste technique minier, c’est-à-dire l’extraction du charbon au fond par le mineur. Étudier cette question à partir de ces fonds, c’est avant tout poser la question de la formation, de la transmission des savoirs miniers, et notamment du geste technique, mais aussi l’évolution de ce dernier face à la mécanisation, l’électrification et à l’apparition de la nouvelle préoccupation liée au bien-être des travailleurs, à savoir la sécurité et l’ergonomie. Cette contribution met en évidence ces documents relatifs au geste technique minier conservés au sein de ces fonds. Elle aborde la manière dont ce geste était enseigné et comment il était visible et diffusé dans et hors de la mine.
