Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

"“aneco: new public art” is an exciting project of the City of Saskatoon featuring the work of seven Canadian artists. Projects include video and light projections, multi-channel sound, sculptural installations and photography in outdoor and indoor, civic and public sites throughout the city. Curated by artist/curator, Ellen Moffat, works will be installed from October 2007 to September 2010. […] \nThe curatorial focus of aneco is the evolving urban space of Saskatoon as a dynamic interface of natural and constructed factors: organic, economic and cultural elements intersect. Works in aneco explore themes of sustainability, cultural history, the body, subjectivity and collectivity. They approach the urban space as a social, physical and cultural site and engage in discussions of the civic and public space as a constructed and cultivated environment. Specific projects focus on human and non-human communities, history/memory, and the urban environment as a cultivated garden and as measured time.” -- Centre Library website.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
