Abstract
À partir de nos recherches dans les industries à hauts risques, cet article analyse les modes de combinaison des actions individuelles qui conduisent à l’obtention d’une certaine efficacité dans la production et étudie la formation du système de règles auquel obéissent les combinaisons qui se créent. L’hypothèse générale est que l’efficacité de l’entreprise dépend de sa capacité de mobiliser et de combiner les ressources individuelles, donc de sa capacité de reconstituer le système social de façon que cet acteur collectif soit porteur d’effets économiques, mais aussi d’effets avantageux pour chacune des parties en présence. L’analyse des régulations sociales, c’est-à-dire des confrontations et des compromis entre exécutants mais aussi avec l’encadrement, sert à vérifier cette hypothèse.
