Abstract
Cet article a comme objectif de présenter les changements intervenus dans l’enseignement supérieur au Brésil depuis, surtout, le début du XXIe siècle. Nous présentons les modifications récentes dans le processus de sélection à l’entrée du réseau public, particulièrement dans le réseau fédéral, le plus réputé et le plus demandé parmi les familles et les jeunes brésiliens, avec l’implantation de l’Examen National de l’Enseignement Moyen (ENEM). Pour bien comprendre les enjeux de ces transformations, nous présentons également les principaux programmes gouvernementaux qui ont été mis en place dans le but d’établir ce qui a été appelé l’égalité des chances et la démocratisation de l’accès vers ce niveau de formation. Ces actions sont discutées comme une voie possible de construction d’une excellence éducative, au-delà des principes élitistes qui caractérise l’enseignement supérieur brésilien, sans oublier les dangers que la démocratisation ne soit qu’une massification.http://dx.doi.org/10.15572/ENCO2015.05
