Abstract
Cuando los autores propusieron al Centro de Estudios Mudejares del Instituto de Estudios Turolenses completar el catalogo de estructuras presentes en las decoraciones geometricas mudejares en Aragon, se estaba lejos de sospechar que se pudieran encontrar los 17 grupos de simetria planos. En este articulo, ademas de aportar un ejemplo de cada uno de ellos, reflexionan sobre diversas cuestiones que se han ido planteando durante la busqueda
