Abstract
Cet article fait suite à un écrit précédent (Gabrion & Brunet, 2014), mais peut être considéré indépendamment. Il présente une analyse des enjeux narcissiques ayant ponctué l’existence d’un homme dont la carrière criminelle comporte surtout des vols. L’objectif principal est de comprendre de quelle façon la grandiosité et le surinvestissement du Moi idéal ont influencé le vécu criminel et relationnel du sujet. Douze entretiens ont permis de dégager trois thématiques en lien avec des conflictualités inconscientes : le surinvestissement du Moi idéal, l’identification à la criminalité et la perception de soi du sujet. L’analyse montre de quelle manière une certaine structuration de la personnalité a pu affecter les choix et le mode de vie privilégié de cet homme.
