DÉDICACEÀ ma grand-mère, 96 ans et toujours aussi vive d'esprit, ma source d'inspiration REMERCIEMENTSCe travail de longue haleine n'est pas le résultat d'un effort de ma propre personne uniquement.L'aide et l'appui reçus au cours des deux dernières années m'ont permis d'accomplir cet ouvrage avec motivation et bonne humeur.J'aimerais donc remercier toute personne ayant contribuée, de près ou de loin, à ce mémoire.Tout d'abord, un gros merci à ma directrice de recherche, Mme Catherine Beaudry, pour son appui, sa direction et sa créativité.Même si ce dernier élément peut parfois rajouter du travail, ce fut un plaisir de côtoyer un esprit aussi vif.De plus, j'ai eu l'immense plaisir de l'accompagner en conférences à Ottawa, Saskatoon, Montréal et à Londres, point culminant de mon expérience à la maîtrise.J'aimerais remercier mes collègues de la Chaire de recherche pour l'incroyable ambiance que nous avons créée au local A-304.Plus spécifiquement, merci à Constant Rietsch et à Anaïs Dorseuil pour m'avoir aidé avec le développement d'une macro Excel.Une mention spéciale pour Pauline Huet, qui collabore avec notre groupe de recherche depuis son poste à L'Observatoire des sciences et des technologies.Elle fut d'une grande aide pour l'extraction et le nettoyage des données bibliométriques.Elle m'a aussi permis de raffiner ma définition du secteur matériel des TIC.Je remercie également Martin Trépanier et David Doloreux, respectivement directeur et membre externe du jury pour l'évaluation de mon mémoire de maîtrise.Enfin, amis et famille, je ne saurai exprimer ma gratitude par quelques mots mais sachez que toutes mes réalisations sont imprégnées de votre confiance en mes moyens et de votre soutien indéfectible.v
