Abstract
Résumé Les auteurs se fondent sur une enquěte auprès de 301 PME québécoises pour analyser l'influence – déjà attestée – de la présence syndicale sur la formation en entreprise. Ils s'attachent notamment à isoler l'effet des clauses relatives à la formation inscrites dans les conventions collectives et montrent que celles‐ci constituent un cadre normatif pour les pratiques de formation et de promotion de l'apprentissage sur le lieu de travail, contribuant ainsi à renforcer l'influence syndicale. Cependant, l'existence de telles clauses (ou leur absence) n'est pas nécessairement associée à un accès amélioré (ou plus limité) aux activités de formation effectives.
