Abstract
Resumen Con datos de una encuesta a 301 pymes de Quebec, se examina la influencia de los sindicatos en la formación en el empleo en estas empresas. Los autores se centran en la inclusión de cláusulas al respecto en convenios colectivos y concluyen que tales cláusulas establecen un marco reglamentario para ciertas medidas de fomento de la formación y el aprendizaje en el lugar de trabajo, lo que pone de relieve la influencia de los sindicatos. Sin embargo, en general la inclusión o ausencia de estas cláusulas no se traduce necesariamente en mayor o menor participación real en este tipo de actividades.
