This paper reports results from a national online survey exploring librarians’ experiences of their teaching roles. Triangulated with interview and diary data from earlier phases of this research, the paper highlights the joys and challenges experienced by library staff as they negotiate new expectations in a rapidly changing work environment.Cet article présente les résultats d’un sondage national en ligne portant sur les expériences des bibliothécaires en matière d’enseignement. Fondé sur des entrevues et des entrées de journaux provenant des phases antérieures de la recherche, cet article illustre les joies et les défis du personnel des bibliothèques face aux nouvelles attentes qui caractérisent un monde du travail en constante évolution.
