Abstract
Cet article porte sur une intervention en groupe auprès de femmes en situation de chômage de longue durée ayant mené à une reconversion professionnelle. Il présente une analyse longitudinale s’inscrivant dans la psychologie culturelle - historique permettant de retracer les apprentissages réalisés au cours de l’activité du groupe et leur influence sur le développement du pouvoir d’agir des femmes dans leur reconversion. L’analyse montre le rôle clé de l’appropriation de systèmes d’action. Ceux-ci permettent aux participantes de gagner progressivement une maîtrise des attentes normatives organisant les situations d’insertion et d’avoir conscience des liens entre les actions à poser pour favoriser leur reconversion.
