Abstract
Příspěvek přibližuje základní principy Althusserovy, potažmo Marxovy, neempiristické teorie dějin. Na základě historické epistemologie Gastona Bachelarda podrobuje kritice metodologická východiska empirismu a pojetí vědy založené na empirismu (včetně vědy historické), a charakterizuje Marxovy, resp. Althusserovy teoretické principy strukturální determinace a predeterminace, prostřednictvím kterých by bylo možné empiristické tendence při zkoumání dějin a společnosti pozitivně překonat.
