Abstract
Ce travail vise l’étude des effets psychiques de l’expérience de la mort virtuelle-numérique dans le jeu vidéo au sein d’un cadre-dispositif à médiation-virtuelle numérique utilisant le logiciel New Super Mario Bros U sur la console de jeu vidéo Nintendo Wii U auprès de jeunes adultes. L’expérience de la mort dans le jeu vidéo en groupe, en écho de la tentative de suicide précédemment réalisée par une jeune femme, permet de présenter les fondements de l’approche psychodynamique de la médiation thérapeutique, tout en révélant les spécificités des modalités de symbolisation au sein de la thérapie par le jeu vidéo.
