Abstract
This article publishes the fragments of an interview with Michel Foucault realized in 1977 by four activists of the Revolutionary Communist League, of whom Christian Laval, for Red, the periodical of the party. Foucault speaks with great freedom and clarity of his theoretical and, in a way, political motivations. There, he questions the ease with which are handled the categories of power or dominion, and, symmetrically, thus, emancipation. He takes itself jointly in the Marxism and in the psychoanalysis which have for wrong shared to believe that power would be localizable in one or several definite places, while it is in fact everywhere, transverse in the social or psychic order.
