Abstract
L’Arme à l’oeil est un journal militant de la région de Tubize en Belgique qui concrétise un projet d’information, à la fois local et régional quant à ses sources, politique par la circulation des informations qu’il permet et démocratique dans sa distribution et sa production. L’Arme à l’oeil constitue un puissant moyen de pression qui dénonce des situations d’abus commerciaux, d’inefficacité des pouvoirs communaux ou d’injustice sociale. L’idée est simple : on veut tout simplement raconter la vie ordinaire pour la changer et c’est cette simplicité même qui fait de ce journal un instrument de mobilisation et de changement. Organiser en permanence cette « prise de liberté », c’est l’objectif de ce journal-action.
