Abstract
La voie royale du traitement des autistes consiste sans doute à prendre au sérieux leurs productions, bricolages, trouvailles et autres inventions. L’accueil de ces productions reprend ainsi le conseil de Lacan de se faire « les secrétaires de l’aliéné ». Qu’elles tombent dans le champ de l’art, de la littérature, de la science etc., ou dans aucun champ connu. Cette position clinique peut permettre de soutenir et d’accompagner l’autiste dans le traitement de ce qui l’envahit et le perturbe, venant de l’extérieur comme de l’intérieur. L’auteur en fait la démonstration à partir de cas cliniques, notamment celui du musicien canadien Glenn Gould, autiste de génie.
