Abstract
Le Centre financier de Toulouse (Groupe La Poste) a mis en place un nouveau plan de communication basé sur l’acculturation au numérique des postiers. L’auteure a mené une recherche-action sur la prévention des risques psychosociaux liés à cette acculturation au numérique. Elle montre que ce changement ne constituait pas un facteur de risque psychosocial en raison des mesures particulièrement innovantes mises en place. Par contre, alors qu’ils ne faisaient pas partie intégrante ni du projet initial, l’observation participante des assistants sociaux chargés d’aider les postiers à acculturer le numérique a révélé qu’ils étaient, eux, exposés à des risques psychosociaux dans leurs pratiques professionnelles.
