Abstract
L’article analyse le processus d’institutionnalisation du travail social en référence à l’émergence des pratiques parallèles et leur place dans la politique sociale. Pratiques parallèles dont il est possible d’identifier des caractéristiques communes, notamment par rapport à leur origine, leur cadre de référence idéologique, leur stratégie d’action et le rôle de leurs permanents, ainsi que leurs structures organisationnelles et leurs relations avec le pouvoir.
