Bibliographic record
Abstract
ABSTRACT The contemporary soccer presents the capacity of executes repetitive intense actions like a definitive factor for the soccer players performance during a game, however, it also considered the capacity of resting after those intense actions with another definitive variable The aim of the study was to the verify in changes occurrence in the physical performance in soccer players sub-20 submitted in a 16 week training program of anaerobic capacity over the capacities of execute an intense exercise after a short resting period. The participants were 28 Brazilian soccer players (18,96±0,44 years, 76,82±3,21kg, 178,87±6,31cm height). The performance of capacity to execute intense exercise after a short resting period was applied the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test level two. The Quebec test of 10 seconds was used to evaluate the PM. Between pre and post-training was observed significantly statistical increases in the PM performance (19,29±8,33%; p=0,0000). On observation of capacity to execute intense exercise after a short resting period it were significantly increases (17,77±12,77%; p=0,0063). The results of the training program on soccer players demonstrate the increases of anaerobic capacity of short duration results in increases of intermittent performance. Key Words: Soccer, Anaerobic Training, Young Athletes Training.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
