Abstract
La Commission des relations du travail du Quebec existe depuis le 25 novembre 2001. Le present travail avait trois grands objectifs. Premierement, etudier la mise en place de la Commission. Ensuite, decortiquer les pouvoirs qui lui sont associes. Enfin, analyser son impact actuel sur les relations du travail. Afin de bien cerner le sujet, je ferai egalement une revue historique de tous les organismes ayant precede cette derniere et qui ont joue un role primordial en matiere d’emploi et de relations du travail au Quebec. Cette etude demontre que meme s’il est encore trop tot afin de connaitre toutes les directions que prendra la Commission des relations du travail du Quebec, il n’en demeure pas moins que la Commission des relations du travail du Quebec vient instaurer un contexte des relations du travail tout a fait nouveau.
