Abstract
L’article décrit les difficiles rapports entre l’Université et les organisations syndicales. Après plusieurs démarches de connaissance mutuelle et de rapprochement, une « entente » a pu être signée entre la Faculté d’éducation permanente (FEP) de l’Université de Montréal et la Fédération des travailleurs du Québec (FTQ). La description détaillée de cette entente, de ses principales caractéristiques, ainsi qu’une brève évaluation des premiers mois d’application de cette entente complètent l’article.
