Abstract
« Service 15-20 » est un organisme communautaire qui s’adresse aux jeunes sans emploi pour les aider à se trouver du travail tout en développant une meilleure connaissance de leurs droits en tant que travailleurs, mais aussi en leur permettant d’acquérir une plus grande autonomie vis-à-vis de leur milieu. L’entrevue réalisée avec Pierre Francoeur, l’un des permanents du « Service 15-20 », rend compte du fonctionnement et des principales difficultés que rencontre l’organisme.
