Il presente de maniere generale la situation des acquittes du Tribunal penal international pour le Rwanda en egrainant quelques enjeux principaux sans pour autant pretendre discuter, de fond en comble, des differentes implications juridiques. English Abstract: This short article is a blog post and it meets the length and standard of an opinion letter. It presents in general the situation of those acquitted by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda outlining some key issues. It is not intended to thoroughly discuss all the different legal implications.
