Abstract
Depuis 1982, est née en France une politique de développement de la Culture Scientifique, Technique et Industrielle. L’enjeu de cette démarche est avant tout économique : essayer de se sortir de la crise. Pour mobiliser les populations, il était d’une part nécessaire de mémoriser les savoir-faire traditionnels valorisant le capital culturel en voie de disparition de milliers de travailleurs, et d’autre part de mettre en oeuvre des projets favorisant l’acculturation à la modernité, c’est-à-dire l’apprentissage des nouvelles technologies. Une techno-culturello-structure s’est mise en place à travers un certain nombre de réalisations, lesquelles posent des problèmes quant au partage du savoir et aux processus enclenchés pour une réelle démocratisation des connaissances. Cependant, ce qui paraît le plus important c’est l’impulsion d’une expérimentation sociale et culturelle authentiquement démocratique. Mais peut-être n’est-ce là qu’une mode conjoncturelle ?
