Abstract
Entrevue avec le permanent de la cellule « Droit des Jeunes » (F.G.T.B. — Liège). Voulant dépasser la notion de simple « service caritatif individualisé », le travail que la cellule a développé a consisté à faire naître de nouvelles pratiques de droit au niveau du Tribunal de la Jeunesse, au niveau du droit scolaire, de l’aide sociale. En voulant assurer un rôle de conseil et d’assistance juridique, l’action de la cellule « Droit des Jeunes » a mis en évidence les rapports — ambigus — qu’entretiennent les travailleurs sociaux avec le droit. L’entrevue montre, à partir de plusieurs exemples, combien la défense des droits est subversive dans le cadre plus large d’une intervention sociale.
