Abstract
Les répercussions du travail en situation d'urgence sur le bien-être et la santé des intervenants font l'objet d'une préoccupation croissante chez les chercheurs. Les intervenants qui portent secours aux personnes confrontées à des risques au plan de leur santé physique ou psychologique, ou qui tentent de répondre aux besoins matériels ou émotionnels des victimes d'un désastre collectif risquent également d'être affectés, d'une part, par les éléments du désastre et, d'autre part, par le contexte de travail dans lequel ils oeuvrent.
