Abstract
Beaucoup de bibliothécaires aux États-Unis travaillent à temps partiel après avoir obtenu leur diplôme d’études supérieures en bibliothéconomie et sciences de l’information, mais on n’en sait très peu sur ces emplois. Cet article dévoile les résultats de deux projets de recherche qui examinent l’emploi à temps partiel en bibliothèques et les conditions de travail des bibliothécaires à temps partiel.
