Abstract
Tous les cinq ans, le groupe de travail néonatal de l’International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) examine les données scientifiques sur la réanimation et rédige des lignes directrices qui sont intégrées à des programmes de formation comme le Programme de réanimation néonatale (PRN). Les plus récentes lignes directrices consensuelles du groupe de travail néonatal de l’ILCOR ont été publiées en octobre 2015. Le comité directeur du PRN de la Société canadienne de pédiatrie les a analysées, conjointement avec le matériel de la 7e édition du PRN (2016). À l’aide d’une approche fondée sur des cas, le présent point de pratique fait ressortir les principaux changements liés à la prestation du PRN dans un contexte canadien.
