Abstract
Les ressources informatisées d’aide à la rédaction sont de plus en plus présentes dans la pratique rédactionnelle, couvrant un large éventail de besoins en rédaction. Cet article présente une étude comparative intergroupe du phénomène de consultation de ces ressources au cours du processus de rédaction par des étudiants universitaires francophones. Nous présentons les résultats des observations réalisées lors d’une tâche de rédaction quant à leurs pratiques de recours à la suite d’une formation préalable, que nous comparons à celle d’un groupe n’ayant pas reçu une telle formation. Nous posons la question de la nécessité d’une formation obligatoire à la consultation des aides logicielles pendant le parcours scolaire, au niveau universitaire ou préuniversitaire. Les résultats indiquent qu’une telle formation s’avère utile pour les scripteurs novices que sont les étudiants en début de parcours universitaire.
