Abstract
Keselamatan pasien merupakan system pemberian asuhan yang aman bagi pasien di rumah sakit. Pemberian asuhan yang aman menurut Canadian Nurse Association adalah penurunan tindakan yang tidak aman kepada pasien dan pemberian tindakan terbaik untuk mendapatkan derajat kesehatan pasien yang optimal dalam system pelayanan kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan antara faktor individu, organisasi dan faktor psikologis perawat dengan kepatuhan dalam menerapkan patient safety di RSUD Solok. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi deskriptif (descriptive corelational) dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana yang berada di rawat Inap RSUD Solok sebanyak 147 orang dengan jumlah sampel 109 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada masing-masing ruang rawat inap. Analisis data dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi, desain kerja, sikap dan motivasi dengan penerapan pasient safety.Variabel yang dominan adalah desain kerja (p value=0,000. Saran bagi RSUD Solok untuk lebih meningkatkan desain kerja yang baik guna mencapai penerapan pasient safety untuk mencapai keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit.
