L’activité d’animation du lien communautaire en ligne, à des fins professionnelles, s’intègre progressivement dans de petites entreprises familiales. Plus particulièrement, nous nous intéressons aux pratiques débutantes d’animation de communautés sur Facebook dans le domaine de la vitiviniculture. Nous étudions les propositions organisationnelles identitaires, exprimées par quatre viticulteurs de l’AOC Languedoc, novices en community management, sur les pages fan de leurs domaines respectifs. Nous cherchons d’abord à comprendre les processus concourant, par l’animation de ces pages, à la construction de leurs communautés. Nous analysons ensuite les prescriptions d’utilisation inscrites dans le design de l’interface ou formulées dans les rubriques d’aide. Enfin, nous faisons le lien avec les enjeux exprimés par les viticulteurs dans le cadre d’entretiens, pour analyser les effets de cette activité sur les dynamiques communicationnelles de structuration de leurs organisations.
