Abstract
"Luego de esta introducción, el texto que sigue se organiza en cinco secciones. En la primera se discuten los procesos aplicados para avanzar en la agenda de articular políticas, programas e intervenciones con el fin de lograr una política de desarrollo e inclusión social. La segunda sección se refiere al peso puesto en lograr una gestión que pueda medirse, evaluarse y, sobre todo, que genere insumos para mejorar. La tercera sección presenta el proceso de recibir, evaluar y modificar los programas sociales recibidos por el Midis. En la cuarta sección discutimos el desafío de introducir el tema territorial en el debate y diseño de la política de desarrollo e inclusión social. Finalmente, en la última sección, presentamos un conjunto de lecciones para mantener el debate." –Introducción.
