Aunque la salud sexual y reproductiva (SSR) esta reconocida como un derecho fundamental que permite a las mujeres tener un control mas grande sobre su vida, el estado de la SSR de las mujeres migrantes es considerada significativamente menos buena a las de no-migrantes. De hecho, como la salud en general, la SSR de las migrantes se ve afectada negativamente por las formas de dominacion relacionado al genero, a la clase social y a la raza. Un caso que ilustra bien este fenomeno es el caso de las migrantes bolivianas en Cordoba, Argentina. Con base en el analisis de un grupo de enfoque y doce entrevistas individuales, este trabajo se propone investigar como las migrantes bolivianas de Cordoba viven y perciben sus experiencias en SSR. Ademas, esta investigacion quiere identificar los principales obstaculos y estrategias de negociacion usados por estas mujeres. Estudiar la SSR de las mujeres migrantes podria contribuir a remediar su invisibilizacion y potencialmente ofrecerles los servicios correspondidos. ormal style='text-align:justify;text-indent:35.45pt;tab-stops: 127.6pt 163.05pt'>Estas situaciones plantean la necesidad de revisar la eficacia de los instrumentos juridicos que consagran derechos. Y precisamente, el debate feminista es fundamental para la construccion de una perspectiva juridica que permita un analisis critico de las instituciones del derecho, y realice aportes tendientes a la deconstruccion y reconstruccion de esas instituciones que legitiman la violencia.
