Notre recherche doctorale vise à outiller l’enseignement de la communication orale par une démarche d’ingénierie didactique (Artigue, 1988) renouvelée par une collaboration avec des enseignants. Deux séquences didactiques destinées à l’enseignement de genres oraux, la discussion et l’exposé critique ont été élaborées et expérimentées dans le cadre de cette ingénierie collaborative. En vue de justifier la nécessité d’un enseignement explicite de certaines caractéristiques des genres choisis et d’établir la légitimité des contenus enseignables des deux séquences, nous avons procédé à l’analyse de la mise en œuvre de ces dernières au cours des deux phases d’expérimentation de notre recherche.
