 Este trabajo presenta la experiencia de la Licenciatura Virtual en Terapia Ocupacional, desarrollada por la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes desde hace más de tres años.
 
 
 
 
 Comienza con una caracterización del impacto que han producido las Nuevas Tecnologías en el mundo y en las diferentes áreas. Se trata con mayor detenimiento su impacto en la educación , revisando autores e investigaciones sobre el tema.
 
 
 Luego se explica la oferta académica de la Licenciatura Virtual en Terapia Ocupacional. El Plan de Estudios y la modalidad de enseñanza. Analiza los resultados de esta experiencia.
 
 
 
 Por último, se plantean algunas reflexiones acerca del desafío educativo de la hora actual, las necesidades de formación de los terapeutas ocupacionales y el diseño de propuestas que construyan una relación dinámica entre la sociedad y currículo, a modo de articulaciones paradigmáticas.
