Abstract
La Charte d’Ottawa est-elle toujours pertinente ? Cet article rend compte de l’utilisation de stratégies de promotion de la santé pour réorienter et améliorer des services de dépistage des ITSS à Montréal dans le cadre de « l’initiative Blitz ». Il expose le problème d’accès aux services à l’origine de la démarche. Il décrit « l’initiative Blitz » de dépistage des ITSS dans les milieux d’enseignement, l’approche plus proche des jeunes et mobilisatrice d’acteurs à l’interne et à l’externe du Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux (CIUSSS) de Montréal. Des résultats tangibles sont observés.
