Abstract
Les organisations de type ‘alternatif’ comme les entreprises d’économie sociale ou le tiers secteur ont été peu étudiées du point de vue de l’articulation emploi-famille, alors que le secteur public et privé a fait l’objet de nombreuses études sur ce plan. Nous avons donc voulu nous interroger sur le type d’organisation et le mode de gestion ‘alternatif’ de ce secteur de l’économie sociale, et nous avons constaté qu’une mission et des valeurs particulières, ainsi qu’un mode de gestion plus démocratique, lié au fait d’appartenir au secteur de l’économie sociale, pouvait avoir une incidence sur l’offre de mesures d’articulation emploi-famille.
