Au CLSC Centre-ville à Montréal on se préoccupe de la santé au travail de 9 000 employés de bureau qui oeuvrent à la « Place Desjardins ». L’intervention se situe aux niveaux individuel, organisationnel et communautaire. Employés, employeurs et syndicats sont réunis au sein de comités de santé qui cherchent à prendre en charge cet aspect nouveau de la santé au travail. Ces comités constituent un moyen de pression au sein de l’entreprise, mais ils questionnent également les syndicats qui ne sont guère préparés à s’y intéresser.
