Tout le monde s’accorde à dire que la transformation numérique des entreprises est une priorité stratégique majeure, si ce n’est la plus importante de toutes. Et pour cause ! L’hégémonie du numérique est la raison pour laquelle un peu plus de la moitié des entreprises du Fortune 500 ont disparu depuis l’an 2000. Mais qu’est-ce qui cloche dans cette mutation ? Voici des pistes de solution résolument orientées vers l’action.
