Abstract
ABSTRACT: In this work, the author addresses the resolution of corporate disputes in the context of unlisted corporations by means of ex aequo et bono arbitration. After determining its viability, the author describes an equitable remedy for corporate disputes successfully used by Canadian courts and proposes to implement this model in the universe of arbitration.
