Abstract
Proyecto de Aplicación Profesional en el que se trabajó en un estudio para la exportación a Vancouver, Canadá del café verde de la empresa Coffee Brokers. El primer paso fue identificar la ubicación de todos los posibles clientes, posteriormente se desarrolló y aplicó una entrevista dirigida a los encargados de las cafeterías y, finalmente, se hizo un análisis de los consumidores y distribuidores. De igual forma, se llevó a cabo una investigación sobre las regulaciones arancelarias y no arancelarias para la exportación.
