Abstract
Cet essai rend compte de mon travail de recherche-création, lequel vise à opérationnaliser le potentiel thérapeutique de l’épistémologie constructiviste radicale de la cybernétique de second ordre par le biais d’une expérience dédiée au dispositif de réalité virtuelle (RV) Oculus Rift. S’inscrivant dans la continuité des recherches menées à l’école Palo Alto et à l’institut Esalen dans les années 60 et 70, le but de ma démarche a consisté à sensibiliser le sujet humain en regard des implications philosophiques voire métaphysiques du cadre conceptuel de la deuxième cybernétique: double contrainte, solipsisme, autopoïèse. Entre manifeste pour une nouvelle cosmogonie numérique et manuel de survie du cyborg spirituel, cet essai documente la dimension paradoxale de ma trajectoire et de mon expérience d’usager réflexif, de la cybernétique à la gnose en passant par le cyberespace.
