Abstract
Віртуальна лабораторія MolDynGrid створена в рамках української академічної грід-інфраструктури для проведення розрахунків молекулярної динаміки біологічних макромолекул. В віртуальній лабораторії MolDynGrid впроваджене інтегроване середовище для автоматизації комп’ютерних розрахунків. Створено веб-портал віртуальної лабораторії, що складається з розрахункового, аналітичного і навчального блоків та бази даних траєкторій молекулярної динаміки.
