Dans le cadre d’un échange scientifique, Mukuna ka Mukuna s’est rendu en Chine Populaire. Durant son séjour, il a pris connaissance La pratique médicale en Chine Populaire repose essentiellement sur trois éléments : le médecin-aux-pieds-nus, le dispensaire des brigades de production et la médecine chinoise. Structure, agent et savoir sont ainsi porteurs d’une pratique médicale qui est au service du peuple et dont les pays du Tiers-monde peuvent tirer profit.
