Abstract
Die in den 1980er Jahren in Montreal entwickelte Methode der Sexualtherapie „Sexocorporel“ nach Desjardins wird am Beispiel der Vaginalität vorgestellt. Die Vaginalität ist das Potential einer Frau, über das Entdecken, die Selbstaneignung und das Teilen, also gemeinsames Genießen ihres erotisierten inneren Geschlechts, der Vagina, Zugang zu sexueller Lust und zu erotischem Genuss zu finden. Vaginalität spielt bei den meisten Störungen der weiblichen Sexualität eine zentrale Rolle. Im Rahmen der Sexocorporel-Behandlung wird u. a. auf den Zusammenhang zwischen den sexuellen Erregungsmodi der Frau – spezifische Bewegungs- und Stimulationsmuster – und der Vaginalität eingegangen. Exemplarische Körperübungen aus dem Sexocorporel-Therapiekonzept zur Wahrnehmung der Vagina sowie zur Bewegung der Beckenschaukel werden erläutert.
