Abstract
Lors d’une etude du ministere de l’Education, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS, 2006), les directions d’etablissement scolaire (DES) ont rapporte le besoin premier d’etre accompagnees en vue de reussir leur insertion professionnelle. Cet article presente les etapes menant a l’elaboration d’un questionnaire (Dussault, Valois, & Frenette, 2007) portant sur les pratiques relationnelles du mentorat recues par les DES (PRMD) primaire et secondaire en tant que dispositif d’accompagnement lors de leur insertion professionnelle. Les analyses factorielles confirmatoires supportent le modele a un facteur de deuxieme ordre expliquant les cinq PRM retenues. Les resultats indiquent que les cinq PRM sont presentes, a divers degres, aupres des DES au Quebec.
