Abstract
Consacré aux auteurs-praticiens québécois Daniel Danis et Christian Lapointe, cet article questionne la tendance du théâtre contemporain à privilégier une relation flexible de l’acteur à sa partition verbale. Il se concentre sur les stratégies discursives – crochets, phrases tronquées, etc. – présentes dans les pièces Mille anonymes et Sepsis, qui ébranlent tant le processus de mémorisation du texte que son énonciation sur le plateau, en les illustrant par des exemples concrets de pratiques d’acteurs. L’auteure s’attache ainsi à montrer comment certaines écritures dramaturgiques contribuent à redéfinir les modalités et la place de la mémoire verbale dans le jeu de l’acteur.
