Abstract
L'auteur expose d'abord les raisons qui incitent les associations professionnelles s'inspirant de la doctrine de l'Eglise à s'adjoindre un conseiller moral auprès de leurs membres. Il étudie ensuite le rôle fondé de ce conseiller au sein des groupements patronaux et ouvriers, ses droits, ses devoirs dans le domaine propre qui lui est réservé: ce rôle est essentiellement un rôle sacerdotal.
