Abstract
Le Parcours de formation axee sur l’emploi (PFAE) constitue un niveau de differenciation organisationnel, ou les differences entre les eleves sont gerees au sein meme de l’etablissement par une repartition et une hierarchisation internes des structures scolaires. En d’autres mots, il s’agit la d’une diversification des parcours ayant pour objectif l’obtention d’un certificat de formation qualifiante destine aux jeunes ayant des defis scolaires importants. Cela dit, quelles sont les pratiques de di erenciations pedagogiques exploitees au sein meme de cette structure de qualification ? C’est par une recherche qualitative realisee dans huit ecoles secondaires que nous avons cherche a comprendre comment la differenciation pedagogique s’articule dans cette voie de formation.
